Hi there,

The black and yellow signs mean that the program is not finding the texture or the plant. If you used custom textures / plants, you will need to recreate your custom libraries again. Otherwise, it is possible that the textures / plants location is not the same, so you will need to locate the textures / plants in order to recreate the links.
Import 3D object grayed out => are you in Quick start mode? if so, click on the "continue" button in order to go to the main program and use all the the Punch features.

If you are interested, you will find step by step tutorial about these subjects in my eBook exclusive for AS V19 for Mac users Learning Punch Software (R): Training, Tools & Tutorials for V19 - Mac Version

I just figured that out about the plants and trees. I had either created or adapted a lot of the plants so at some point will need to deal with that. At the moment I'm working the back so that's a project for another time.

I didn't think I was in Quick Start. I wondered based another post but I'm not sure how to tell. I have your eBook for V17 and have found references but am still confused as to where the Continue button would be.
Thanks,
Linda

You're welcome! :-)

Regarding the Continue button in Quick Start => see image attached (the button is outlined in red)
The eBook for V17 was more focused in the Windows version. The V19 for Mac eBook is exclusive for Mac users.

Hi Linda,

You're welcome! :-)
I'm not sure what do you mean by "found Real Model"?
Glad to know that you found the objects.
