Hi Doug Olsen,

Sure. I am assuming you have Adobe PDF writer installed in your computer, right?
If so, follow these steps
- In Punch, create a scaled frame with the size of the sheet (8.5"x11"or 18"x24" or..)
- Insert you Punch plan inside the frame
- Select a floor-> view working floor only
- File--> Print to scale--> Printing in color (yes/no)--> Select PDF writer printer--> Properties--> Paper Custom Size= 18"x24" (the size of the frame)--> Print
See the picture attached

I have AS18 with Framing Editor 6.0.1. I can not print to the same scale that I have set for the remainder of the drawings. I read a previous message that stated there was a way to change scale by selecting Design. In my version, changing scale is not an option. Help.

R. Falcke

By default the Framing editor will use the scale
of the main design.

You can change the scale with the option Design --> Plan Scale--> in the main program or in the Framing editor. (check the image attached)

So, if in the main program and in the FE the scale is the same, printing to scale should print with the same scale

Thanks for the screen shot of the framing editor. Unfortunatly, I do not have the option to change plan scale in the framing editor. My dropdown box under Design, does not offer that option. My base plan scale is set to 1/4 = 1 yet printing from the framing editor yields something closer to 3/8 = 1. Is there some patch or version update that I am missing?

Hi R. Falcke,

I see the problem now. You can correct this with the Punch! AS18 Maintenance Update 6.0.1R2 (free)

Please download it at
http://www.punchsoftware...m/patches/patch_as18.htm

Hope this helps
