what version is capable of importing and tracing and how does one begin? need basics from scanning design to getting into punch

Hi Betsy,

Any Punch version can import a raster image (bmp, etc) for tracing purposes.
The instructions depend of the version, however, they are well described in the Help files included with the programs
Check the help files / manual and let us know if you have specific questions
