Hi all, I am a total newbie to this program with lots of stat up failures. I have an old program- Professional Home Design - that at the time of purchase My com. did not have space so was stuck in a drawer. So now I would like to add an addition to my home and create a drawing. First question, due I need up grades, Second I need lots of help to get started your recommendations very welcomed, Fritz

first of all and in order to provide an accurate answer: can you inform the version number of your program? => On the PC you will find this info in the main menu->Help->About…

Hi there,

This is the information I need => go to main menu=> Help=> About… => you will see a small screen, similar as the one attached => in the image, the version number is outlined in red. I need to know this number.

Also, please inform your OS (Windows 10 or Windows 8, etc)

Ok, Version 4.0 makes sense.

It is a very old version (a Legacy program). Unfortunately, this program won't run in a Windows 10 computer. So, I'd suggest that you check with the sales department and verify the upgrade options.

There are different resources and tutorials, according with your new program.
