Hi,

In the Properties tab for staircases, there is a Reflectivity parameter (varying between 0 and 100) but I did not find anything in the manual or eBooks about it, and I do not see any changes when I change its value.

What is it for, please?

Confused Can you inform the exact name of your Punch program? (Go to Help => About...)

Do you have Punch! Home & Landscape Design Architectural Series v20 or do you have Punch! Home & Landscape Design Professional v20?

Haha, big mistake. I was on Architect 3D v19 English. Sorry sorry.

In "my" Punch! Home&Landscape Design Architectural Series En v20 the param is gone. Blushing

It creates reflections in the rendered images.

Note that the difference is not related with the V19 or V20 features. You have 2 different programs and your Architect 3D program has different (less) features.

You are saying that Punch! Home&Landscape Design Architectural Series v19 and Punch! Architect 3D Ultimate v19 En are not the same software ??? Blink

I made a comparison between the two PunchHomeHelp.pdf files, the only differences are in the words "Punch! Home Design Software" vs "Architect 3D" along the 508 pages.

1 - Punch / Avanquest have different programs for each versions, however, the manual is the same for all the programs. If you check the manual, at the beginning of each chapter there is a note "Please note that not all features in this User’s Guide are available in every Punch! Software title". So, the programs Punch / Avanquest can be quite different, but the manual will be always the same.

2 - I don't know Architect 3D ultimate, however, your question about the stairs reflections is telling me that they have different features. I'd suggest that you compare the features in this Avanquest page
