Location: California
Trying to create a interior 24" wide perimeter soffit ceiling in a room at 8'. Then bump up to 9' on inside of soffit. Tray ceiling. Does anyone know how this is done or if it's even possible?

Hi there,

Yes, it is possible.
Use the Floor tool (Floor tab) => outline the ceiling => select => set the thickness and elevation.
