Hi there,

I didn't see this problem before.

Is this a new installation? Did you click any link in the Welcome Screen? Does this happen every time you open the program?

It started a couple of days ago and it happens every time I open the program. I'm afraid it might be some kind of new virus or malware so I haven't opened it though I do have Malware Bytes and Malware Hunter running on my computer and I haven't received any warnings except that popup. I did try to import an object that failed about the time this started.

Hi there,

As I can't check the settings and files in your computer, please, contact Punch Tech Support => go to this page => click on the right - bottom corner (there is a red "Online" button).
For a faster solution, you can do a reference to this post.

Hope this helps

Windows defender is reporting it as
Trojan:JS/Foretype.A!ml
Severe |Detected with Windows Defender Antivirus Windows Defender said it quarantined it but when I start Punch! Home Design-Architectural Series, I still get the Popup. It must have attached it self to my program and every time I restart the program it re infects my computer. I scanned the Program with Malwarebytes but it did not detect it. I have Notified Malwarebytes and Malware Hunter is Doing a file scan now and I am going to do an off line deep scan with Windows Defender as soon as Malware Hunter completes the file scan. Dose anyone have any suggestions?

Hi there,

Did you try Malwarebytes? (it is free and the best, IMO)

Hope this helps.

I some how managed to get rid of it "Trojan:JS/Foretype.A!ml" I have Malwarebytes Pro and Malware Hunter neither one found it. I ran, SFC /SCANNOW, DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and safe booted and ran Microsoft repair tool "mset.exe"
I did a scan and fix with Glary Utilities. Punch! Home Design-Architectural Series is now starting with out the popup. Sorry if I wasted any one's time. A hart felt thanks if I did.
