I have punch home and landscape premium. My import and export show grey and wont work.please let me know how to fix it.

Hi there,

If the menu is grayed out, then you are in "Quick Start mode". The Quick Start mode is just this, a fast layout, so you can use or just bypass it.
Therefore, after you press the "Continue" button you will be able to save, import, trace, print, move, as well as use all the Punch features.

Now i could open import but still i am not able to open autocad dwg file. i tried matching units, scale in dwg and punch software, but i could not open.

Can you inform the version number of your program?
On the PC you will find this info in the main menu => Help => About…
