We have been using V10 and recently upgrade to v20 due to newer software the older version will no longer work.
We are able to print in 2D view but not 3D view our Epson printer gives an unable to print error.
Any advise or options are greatly appreciated!

Hi there,

I will be glad to help, but I will need additional information:

- Can you inform your OS? (Win 7, Win 10, etc)
- Are the printer drivers updated?
- Try to detail the problem as specifically as possible, so we can understand the issue. Let us know exactly what you want to do, what you tried, what seems broken, etc.
- Can you post a screenshot showing the error situation, error message, etc. To post images, follow these instructions
