Registration instructionsIf you previously had an account You must reset your password. To do this, follow these instructions:
1 – Login with the register email in the field pointed in blue in the image below.
2 –
Don’t fill the password field (pointed in green in the image).
3 - Press 'Lost Password' button (outlined in red in the image).
4 – You will be directed to a new screen with 2 fields => in the “Security Question” field, write “
reset” => in the “Security Answer” field, write “
reset”.
5 - If you don't receive the confirmation email, please, check your your email Spam and Trash folders.

1 - Click the "Register" link (on the right side of the top bar).
2 - You will be directed to a new page => please, agree to the Forum Rules and Policies.
3 - The registration form will open => choose a user name, password, a Security Question/Answer, and enter
a valid email address. Complete the Captcha code in order to proceed.
4 - Check your email => you will receive an email => click on the link to verify your address.
5 - In the "Login" screen (outlined in blue in the image) => write your username (outlined in red in the image) => Fill the password field (pointed with a green arrow in the image).
6 - If you don't receive the confirmation email, please, check your email Spam and Trash folders.

New! After your email confirmation, you will receive an email that you are "unconfirmed". After this, the Forum Host will approve your registration and you will receive an email with this last confirmation.
8 - Notice that your incomplete or unfinished registrations will be deleted after 7 days.

Read Only section.
Also notice that some of the "Old Forum" topics
are very old (don't forget to check the dates), therefore,
some answers and links are no longer valid.
- In your post, please include the
title, version, and platform you are using. On the PC you will find this info in the main menu => Help => About… On the Mac this info is on the title menu => About…
- Post your question in the Forum's specific folder of your program. Very old programs (up to version 12) are in the Legacy section.
- Try to detail the problem as specifically as possible, so we can understand the issue. Let us know exactly what you want to do, what you tried, what seems broken, etc.
- Some issues can be related to hardware you are using. Please, post any information you have on your system (operating system, video card, etc).
- If you can, please, include a screenshot of your problem. To insert pictures in your post, please follow
these instructions .
- We don't allow posts including users' email addresses, websites, etc.
- Members should not post messages which can provoke, harass, disturb or otherwise agitate other members.
