Something is causing files to get corrupted. I have noticed this when adding annotations. I have also noticed this when using the Undo feature. When it happens, many parts of the design disappear. I've tried to close the file without saving and then opening it again, but nothing happens when I try to open it. Has anyone seen this? I am using Punch! Landscape Design 2.0 on a MacBook Pro running MacOS 10.15.3 Catalina.

This version doesn't exist. On the Mac this info is on the title menu => About…

Hi there,

I contacted tech support so they will be able to help you.

Please, send an email to [email protected]

Don't forget include the name and version number of the software, and to explain what is happening, screenshots, etc.

Hope this helps.
