How do we convert a room after a renovation (i.e., closet becomes bathroom)?

Thank you.

Hi there,

I am not sure what do you mean. Do you mean change the label of a room? delete a closet? plumbing pipes? Dimensions and design settings?

Try to detail the problem as specifically as possible, so we can understand the issue. Let us know exactly what you want to do, what you tried, what seems broken, etc. If possible share a screenshot of the issue

Here is what I am attempting to do, starting with my process:

  1. Create layout
  2. Save original layout
  3. Create remodel layout
  4. Relabel closet to bathroom

  • Room dimensions are available on the Properties pane when a room is selected in the design window. Display Name checkbox controls if the name label appears in the design window. When selected, the text in the Name field appears in the design window. When deselected, the name does not appear. You can edit the text in the field to update the name; be sure to press the Return key to accept the changes.

    Hope this helps.

I mistakenly assumed the room TYPE would be important down the line and didn't understand it was merely a label.

    Thank you!
