[V21] Reflections is Home & Landscape Pro v-21?

Hi,

I recently upgraded to pro version 21 on Windows.

the sales website said that this version will do "Reflections".
I read the section in the users manual, but I cant find the correct options in the software.
specifically I cant find the "3D Effects" tab to set up reflections.

Does Home and Landscape Design Pro in fact support reflections?

In the Punch products, there are 2 different features:
- Reflections (included with AS and Pro programs).
- Lightworks™ Photo Rendering Tools => these tools are controlled with the 3D Effects tab, included only with the Architectural Series program.

You can see this in the comparison chart => although both the AS program and the Pro program include "Reflections", only the Architectural Series program includes "Lightworks™ Photo Rendering Tools"

Yes, the Pro program includes "Reflections => They work on flat surfaces such as floors, table tops, counter tops, etc. They are accessible in the properties bar for the selected objects.
See the image attached => in this case, click on the center of the room to activate the Properties tab.

Hi Patricia.

Yes, that was very helpful. I'm able to get the reflections on floors and counters now. Is there any way to get a reflection on a vertical surface? I'm trying to create the look of a polished marble backsplash.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to apply reflections on vertical surfaces.
