Hi,
How do I know what the correct roof elevation should be?
I understand how to draw the roof and extend 5he gable walls but unsure of how to determine the exact elevation of the roof.
Any help would be appreciated

Hi there,

First, confirm that the heights and elevations of the project are correct.

If the above settings are correct, the Autoroof tool as well as the 3 and 4 points Autoroof tools will define the roof elevation automatically.

If you are using the ready to use roof shapes or the freehand roof tool, use the top of wall heights as guide for the roof elevation.
