How do I show the delineation between the 1st floor having Vinyl siding and my garage at zero (0) elevation showing a brick facade in plan and elevation?

In this way, you will be able to set different colors / textures for each level. If you are interested, my eBook for Punch V21 (Windows Version) includes tutorials about how to set a house with different levels, how to create a crawl space, etc. Hope this helps.
