I am drawing a split level house. Why do I see a Grass layer in the basement? Or better yet, any trick to get rid of it. Thankyou..Kage

Hi there,

Draw the walls in the perimeter first => if the exterior walls of the low level conform a closed polygon, the topography won't appear inside the house.

I think that you have my eBook => if so, you can check a tutorial with images about this issue on page 40.
Split house tutorials => see tutorials pages 280 to 282.

Thankyou so much for the Reply. I just finished a major overhaul of my house plans I started a number of yrs ago. After reviewing your book recently, the answer is in there (Closed polygon), that fixed it.
