Hello,

I have an old version of Master Landscape and Home Design, version 4.1.0. I am on a Dell desktop PC operating on Windows 10. I can no longer open my PRO files. The files I am trying to open were created on prior versions of Windows, possibly 7 or even XP. The error message I get is that this file has been damaged or created by a more recent version of Punch! Home Design. I don't have a more recent version of Punch software. Am I hosed?

Hi there,

If memory helps, there was an update for this version, therefore, your file was developed in the updated version.

I'd suggest that you check this issue with tech support.

Hi Patricia,

Thanks for the tip. I created a ticket and uploaded one of my .PRO files to see if can be opened at your end. If so, I may need some guidance on what upgrade I should do to continue working with my existing PRO files. I put a lot of time into them.
