My Punch v21 requires a CD or DVD in the optical drive before it will launch successfully. Not sure why this is now required; I purchased V21 and previous versions via download and did not install via DVD. Is anyone else experiencing this issue, and how can I bypass this requirement? Thanks all!

Hi there, This depends of the option you selected during the purchase. As you can see in the image below (outlined in red), there are 2 options: - Download: in this case, you should receive an email with a link, so you can download and install the program. - DVD: in this case, you will receive a DVD and use it to install the program.  Product Options.jpg (71kb) downloaded 6 time(s).I didn't see this problem before, but if you bought the Download option and the program is asking for a DVD, then you should contact Tech Support to solve the issue.
