Patricia, I am designing a new home and in my latest drawing version the program closes during the rendering process.
I am working with Windows 10; Punch Home & Landscape Design, Architectural Series 21; version 21.0.0.1011. I had been able to render the file up until making changes recently. I am not sure when the problem occurred for I have tried to render different files saved for the past few days. Do you think you can look at the file and see if you can identify the problem?
How can I send you the two files to review? The oldest file will work. The newest one does not render.
Thank you.

Hi there,

Can you tell me the size (in Mb) of each file?
Also, please, do this test: draw just a couple of walls => render. Does the program close?

The oldest file is 4,197 KB.
The newest file is 8,594 KB.
I am not sure what you mean by "draw a couple of walls => render."
Thanks

Create a new file => add one or two walls => try to do a photorealistic render => let me know if the program closes.

Hi there,

The size of the file with 8,594 KB can be a problem for several reasons. However, the main issue I see is your current build number (21.0.0.1011).

Only Punch tech. support can solve this issue.
Please, submit a ticket to tech. support In your ticket, don't forget to include a link to this post, so they know the issue I found.

Hope this helps.

I am curious what you mean by the main issue being my version number?
