Hi there,

If your floors are appearing in 2D view but not in 3D view, select the floor and verify the elevation

As I added a deck to the house, it somehow added an elevated deck floor into every room in the house and I cannot undo it. HELP!

You can edit the deck and set the desired shape / area.
If you need, you can add new points to the deck.
