Hi Tim,

The Premium version doesn't include the Symbol Editor or the Section Detailer Power Tools that allow the development of 2D symbols.
You can see the different versions / features using this chart:

These are the options with your current program:
1 - You can import the 2D symbols as DXF / DWG files.
2 - You can create the 2D symbols using the lines and shapes in the Detail tab.
3 - You can create the elements using the 3D Workshop Power Tool => you can adapt the 2D symbol using the 2D Profile tab.
4 - Go to Furnishing tab => Handicap access => bars => you can select the elements and adapt the 2D symbol using the 2D Profile tab.
