Hi there,
Probably, it is a bad download, so you need to delete the update files and then Punch will start again and can try downloading the update again. Please follow these steps
- Delete the files in C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Punch! Software\Home and Landscape 19.0\Staging.
- AppData may be a hidden folder. If so, you will have to show hidden files (Organize->Folder and Search Option->View Tab->Show hidden files, folders, or drives)
