Labels: You can activate / deactivate the labels showing the dimensions, area and name. Click inside the room => Properties bar (right of the screen) => set the desired options (see the image attached)
Ramps: Go to Furnishing => 3D library => Handicap access => Ramps and Wheelchairs => you will find a ramp path.
There are also ramp components at Furnishing => 3D library => Exterior => Accessories.
You can use these elements to create your own ramp or start from scratch using the 3D Workshop Power tool. Or, if you prefer, you can import a Sketchup or 3DS file.
Punch, as any program, has a learning curve. The best way to learn the program, IMO, is practice + practice + practice => Read and follow the manual (this is important), see the videos => try to create elements not related with your project, so you will become familiar with the commands and how to develop the different components. Keep in mind that 3DHA was a very old program and lots of things changed.
