Hi carsonp,

If you developed a Custom fence design and you saved it with height= 24" (for example), and, then you applied this design over a fence with height= 72" (for example), your design will appear stacked 3 times (24" x 3 times)

So, you have two options
1 - Develop your design with the same height of the fence
2 - Edit your design and set the height as stretch--> in this way, the design will follow the height of the fence (any height). However, notice that, by stretching the Height or Width the design may look distorted

Hi José,

In order to create a flat roof, you can
1- Develop the roof with the floor tool
2- use the roof tool--> set the pitch as 0:12

Arches-->
1 - Go to Furnishing --> Exterior--> Windows and Doors--> you will find several arches as 3D objects
2 - Use the door tool--> Door Style --> the 2nd and 3rd icons are curved empty casements--> apply on the wall--> set dimensions--> set the frame as 0"

Columns-->
1 - Go to Furnishing --> Exterior--> Accessories--> you will find several columns as 3D objects
2 - You can develop your columns using the floor tool--> set the dimensions and height--> texture as necessary

Hello,

In my opinion the best approach is to create the stilts or piers on the first floor and the house on the second floor--> In this way, the house will be "in the air" --> don't forget to set the house elevation regarding the piers' height. You can see an example of this situation in this page of my website
http://www.punchhelpers.com/residential20.html

To create the piers / stilts
- You can develop the piers / stilts as 3D objects, using the 3D Workshop Power Tool
- Go to the Detail Tab--> draw a circle --> Convert To--> Floor--> Set the floor thickness = piers' height--> Copy and texture as necessary
