Hi Peter Leonard,

You can develop the patio in the first floor using the floor tool or the deck tool--> set the thickness--> set the elevation--> texture as necessary
Repeat the process in the second floor
As for the columns you can use columns developed with the 3d workshop (there are some columns ready to use in the Punch library) or you can draw the column shape and dims with the floor tool--> set the thickness and elevation--> texture as necessary

Is like any other room
Try to draw it using walls, floors, etc and let us know if you have specific questions

Hi there,

Your version has only the 3D Workshop Pro Power Tool located at --> main Menu --> Design --> launch a Power Tool or by double click any object in the plan
