Are you working in the Quick Start mode?

If so, keep in mind that the Quick start mode is just this, a fast layout. Therefore, after you press the "Continue" button you will be able to Save, Import, Print, Move as well as use all the Punch features

i have the same problem as jacob..I am not in quick start mode and i cannot access the libraries, such as plant and paver walkways..please help

Hi desi v,

Can you describe why you can't access the libraries? Are the libraries empty? aren't the buttons there?
Please, provide the full information regarding this issue, and also, please, inform your mac OS

the library window on the right side of the screen in the tutorials, is not there for me. i have 4 buttons on the top right portion of the screen: the green house icon which provides tips on staying green, the next 2 icons is to switch the view from 2d to 3d, and the last is the training center icon. does the library window automatically show for you? or did you have to do something in advance to show it?

thank you so much.. you were a huge help....i do have one more question.. how do i raise the elevation of a landscape island.. for instance i want to create an island raised two feet, and install stones on the front of it. i was able to create an island but am not able to elevate it.

assuming the the island is a topo element --> Just select the island --> Set the elevation to 24" or 2 ft

Hi,
Have Architectural Series 18.0. Created a patio but can't find a Materials Tab anywhere. 3D view inserted pavers but ours is concrete. Can't find Flooring options either.
FYI-right side of screen only shows a Chair, a color palette and a tree.

Hi there,

Starting with version 18, there are 4 types of libraries
1 - the default library => these are the elements that come with the program (outlined in red in the image)
2 - the custom library => these are the elements that you create, modify, etc. (outlined in blue in the image)
3 - The favorite library => you can create a library with your favorite elements (outlined in green in the image)
In addition there is library to place the downloaded elements.
So, to find all the elements included with your program, verify that you are choosing the 1st library and that the favorite library is not selected.
