Zoom? There is not a zoom in 3D --> You can go closer to the object (walking or flying)

Punch, as any program, has a learning curve. The best way to learn the program, IMO, is practice + practice + practice --> Read and follow the manual (this is important), see the videos --> try to create elements not related with your project, so you will become familiar with the commands and how to develop the different components
This Forum has lots of information, so using the Search feature will give you a lot of resources

Can you add floors and rename them or is the program (v17) limited to First, Second and Third?

All the Punch programs (up to version 17) have only 3 floors
