Hi there,

You wrote => When I select the wall and change the wall height in Inspector, all the walls on that floor are changed. => Nope, the remaining walls are not changing their height => the auto ceiling changed its elevation, so you can't see the upper part of the walls.

Keep in mind that the auto ceiling adopts the elevation of the shorter wall, so if you have a knee wall, the ceiling elevation will be the top of the knee wall => a solution: deactivate the auto ceiling and create a manual ceiling using the floor tool.
