Hi there,

Are you using File => Import => DXF / DWG File? => If so, notice that this feature imports only 2D files to be converted into Punch intelligent elements => for example if you import a plan => select a line => convert to a wall or staircase, etc.

You can import 3D objects (furniture, faucets, etc) as SKP or 3DS files.
