Feedback about this file
I checked Steve's file and I found the problem in the exterior walls--> in some points of the exterior walls I found a double layer of walls--> this issue generated a type of "corrupted to export" file, because it generated a double set of entities
Notice that the file looks normal in Punch
I saw these double CAD entities by reviewing the DXF file in a text editor

I deleted the duplicated entities and the file was exported without problems

I am trying to send this file as a DWG to an architect and he says it comes across as a .DAT file. I tried all versions (R12, R14, 2000, 2004). I looked for a double wall and didn't see any. Also having hard time making a slope in "Sanctuary" and part of "hallway" that is why elevation difference at doorways. Could you look and see what might be going on?
I'm also using the 2010 nextGen program.

Hi there,

A possible solution for the DXF / DWG issue: when you export the file, add the suffix to the name of the file. For example, if the name of your to be exported file is "myfile", use File => Export => DXF / DWG => "myfile.dwg", including the dwg suffix.

For the remaining issue, I am not sure what do you mean.
1 - Try to detail the problem as specifically as possible, so we can understand the issue. Let us know exactly what you want to do, what you tried, what seems broken, etc.
If you wish to post images => follow these steps:
- upload your picture to a free online photo album like Photobucket or Flickr or Picassa, for example
- Look for the link of your picture (usually, photo albums provide a "link for a forum" script) => copy the full URL => Paste the link in your post.

2 - Please include the title, version, and platform you are using. On the PC you will find this info in the main menu => Help => About…
How to find the Program Name and Version Number
