Hi Sonia Anabelle Lim,

I am not sure what the TD told you, however, you can install the program in your two computers without problems
What problem do you have when you try to install the sw in your second computer?

I have a similar problem. I am moving from an older WIN XP computer to one running Vista Home Premium. I was able to install the program but it won't authorize. I copy and paste the authorization code from an e-mail so I know I'm not typing it incorrectly. When I click on the authorize button, there's a lot of disk activity but nothing happens and the dialog doesn't go away.

This can be the time your anti virus program is taking to check the CD--> depending of your computer config and AV program, it may take a long time.
You can, of course, uncheck the CD verification in the AV options
Or, you can contact Punch TD and explain the problem

Hi christy.spur,

You can't copy the Punch files from one computer to other computer if they have different OS, specially if the new one is Win 7
Locate the downloaded file and install the program in the new computer

BTW, Punch AS 5000 works great with Win 7, even with 64 bits
