I purchased the Punch Landscape Deck and
Patio software online and I cannot intall it on my PC. I checked out my PC and it has all of the necessary requirements. The software won't even load on my DVR drive, am I missing something?

Hi Mike Jeske,

If I understand correctly, you got the program online and you are trying to run it from a DVD?. If this is the case, notice that you must install the program in your computer first.
In order to work, Punch must be installed in a media disk / drive with "Save" capabilities (Hard Disk, USB, etc)

I purchased the Punch Landscape Deck & Patio software and I cannot get it to open using Windows XP. Because I am running Windows through Parallels, Punch will not support/assist. I have tried disabling the firewall, running it in Safe Mode, but no luck. I have installed several other programs with no issues. It shows up in the D drive, but any attempt to open it fails. Any suggestions? Thank you!
