Hi Kate Bartz,

In the left side of the live view screen--> check the position of the 3D cut away slider--> it must be down to visualize the entire house and going up it cuts sections of the house, according with the icon (up)--> probably it is in an intermediate position cutting the upper part the house
Other options-->
- Check if you are using aerial view
- Check if you have selected the option--> 2D --> Visible Floors--> View all floors

Thanks for your help on the last question. Now I've got a new issue. As you come into my house, you step up 6" above grade, then there are a few rooms that are 6" below grade. Is there some way to depict this in 3D rather than doing a split level. I laid out the entire plan thinking I could take a room and specify it's grade at -6", and another room at +6". It seems if I go to the split level route, I have to redo all the rooms that are +6". Thoughts? Thanks.

Hi Kate Bartz,

Glad to know the answer helped! :-)

You can develop a floor for each room--> edit--> set object elevation--> set each floor with the desired elevation
