Hi there,

You wrote " I have Punch Version 18" => I will be glad to help, but I need to know the name of your program => inform the program name and version number of your Punch program. We need both because different programs and versions have different features. How to find the Program Name and Version Number

Hi there,

Probably, it is a hardware issue.

As you probably know, this Forum is user to user (I am a Punch user like you) so we don't deal with hardware issues because we can't evaluate your computer conditions.

Please, contact the technical support so they can check the issues in your computer, installation, patches, etc as well as they will check your system, limitations, etc..
