I will be glad to help, however, I need more information.

Please inform the program name and version number of your Punch program.
How to find the Program Name and Version Number
We need both because different programs and versions have different features and the files are located in different places.

Hi there,

Go to the Windows Explorer => Go to My Documents\Punch! Software\User Library\Components\Doors => Look for your Custom library folder => you will find your Custom Doors. Save all the files.
Use the same procedure for the Windows.
