You will get best results if you import the foundation in the first floor, the 1st floor in the second and the upper floor in the third

After you import the floorplan--> select the wall lines--> convert to--> Exterior Wall (or interior, if necessary). Follow the same procedure with the decks, roof, etc

Doors and windows are Punch special objects and can't be imported. However, with the programs including the Door Designer / Window Designer Power Tools (as AS 5000 for example) you can develop your own models of doors / windows
