I added a new floor and it created another issue. When I created my floorpan I forgot to add a detached garage and the bathroom I added to the house did not show up in the plan. Now i'm trying to fix the problem, i'm in the "new floor" window but adding the garage and new bathroom doesn't integrate them into the plan. Is there a way to combine the floors ? Thanks

Hi there,

Please, inform the name and version number of your Punch program. On the Mac this info is on the title menu => About…

Also, in order to understand the problem, I'll need additional information:

Not sure what do you mean by "created another issue"? Another file? Another problem?

Do you mean that the floor plan is empty?

Can you show a picture of the problem? => How to post images at the forum

Sorry for the delay in response, I didn't get a notice of response and was fixing them all. I see some problems still. My walls are floating a few inches above the ground, how did I accomplish that feat ? thanks. Screen Shot 2019-05-28 at 12.27.49 PM.png (563kb) downloaded 1 time(s).

Hi there,

Usually, you will see an answer to your post the same day. The notifications are not working correctly, but the programmers are trying to find a solution.

Regarding your question:

Use the Working floor button => Edit Floor => check / set correct elevations.

Hope this helps.
