I'm seeking a Punch Software expert to provide visualization of the floor plan, site & landscaping of a 6 Unit Multifamily housing project. The lot is 92' X 150. 92' is facing lakefront. The project is comprised of 3 duplexes. 1) Duplex facing lakefront. 2) 2 Duplexes on the remaining property. Each rental unit is 3br/2bth, between 1500-1600 sqft. 12 parking spaces are required. Each duplex has a roof top deck with a view of the lake. This is an affordable housing project so the interiors will be basic/functional
Seeking 2D visualization of exterior/interior of each duplex. Seeking 3D visualization of the exterior of the entire property. Will provide the floor plan required for visualization.
