I have Home Landscape and Design v20. After much trial and error I've been able to import the *.dwg files from my architect. I am adding a deck - is it possible to modify the joists and beams for the deck to add say a picture frame and show the associated blocking etc? or does this not get down into that amount of deck framing detail? Thanks

Can you inform the full name of your program => for example => Punch! Home & Landscape Design Architectural Series? Punch! Home & Landscape Design Professional? Punch! Home & Landscape Design Studio?, etc.
Different programs include different features, so we need the complete information in order to provide the correct solutions.

Hi there,

The options depend of your necessities:

1 - Select the deck => Right click => Framing options => the menu will option => select the framing settings, including posts (see image attached)

Framing Deck.jpg (36kb) downloaded 0 time(s).

2 - You can add framing elements using the Framing Tab tools (last tab)

3 - More information => "Customizing Deck Framing Properties" => Punch! Home Design Software User’s Guide => page 248.

Hope this helps.
