Hi Jerksticks

How to adjust the width --> just answered your question here Patricia G., "Upper Cabinets" #1, 9 Feb 2010 3:49 pm

Cabinet options

1 - Click on the cabinet icon--> go to the right panel--> Tool options--> click on the first button--> you will find a selection of cabinet types w or wo appliances, etc
2 - Click on the cabinet icon--> go to the right panel--> Tool options--> click on the base cabinet button--> you will find different cabinets and elements (top, bottom, drawers, etc) and you can set the dims for them

Thanks Patricia! I completely get that now.

Another question I have is in placing appliances, 2 in particular.

How do you raise and lower heights of appliances? I'm trying to stick my range hood under my cabinet but it seems to place it at whatever height it wants. Up and down arrows only shrink/expand it.

Similarly, I do not want to place my fridge on the floor. I'm going to be building a base for it to sit on, about 12 inches off the ground. How can I raise it in my 3d view?

Thanks again, and sorry for the double post; didn't know there was a delay.

Hi Jerksticks,

Glad to know I helped! :-)

Do you mean change the elevation or the height?
The height, as discussed, you change from the right pane
To change the elevation--> select the object--> Edit--> set object elevation
