I'm using HD&L Pro, V19, with Win 10. Is it possible to add a top cabinet on a dishwasher cabinet? If so, how? Thanks

I tried that and it ending up replacing the dishwasher cabinet even though it's higher up on the wall.

Hi there, Did you try the "Drag along the wall" method? (as recommended in the tool tip) Also, you can place the cabinet in live view.
