Hi levina,

Yes, there is a way.
As you noted, when you apply a texture on the doors of a cabinet developed with the Cabinet Tool (Floor tab), this texture is applied on the entire surface of the doors. Therefore, in order to create a specific cabinet with customized details, like glass panels, you must create the cabinet as a 3D object using the 3D Custom Workshop Power Tool or you can modify any object in the Furnishing library.

But, today is your lucky day :-)
Yesterday, in my Facebook weekly tips, I posted a free kitchen cabinet set with different cabinets and one of them is a cabinet with glass doors, that you can use, modify, etc.
You will find this week's tip at https://www.facebook.com...ts-tip-4/922951667777074

Hope this helps

HI Patricia

Thanks for the facebook update. I have to say I am not good at all at the custom workshop. I try to avoid it like the plaque..I don't know how to use it and when I check my user guide it doesn't explain how to use the workshop i see all the icons etc. and tools but i am total loss. can you tell me where i can view a tutorial on how to use it .. would be so appreciated.. or is there a workbook i can buy. I have had various versions of punch for 5 years or more but never used th custom workshop to build or change anything. also when i try to save your "cabinet workshop" to my object library it asks me which library but won't let me name it..also i see in the workshop model from you it shows "ceiling mount " as an option..is this new..

Hi there,

You're welcome for the Facebook page! :-)

Why you can't save or name the cabinet? Try to detail the problem as specifically as possible, so we can understand the issue. Let us know exactly what you want to do, what you tried, what seems broken, etc.
The ceiling mount is a new option, however, you don't need to use (in this case, it is not necessary)

Regarding the 3D Custom Workshop: if you don't use it, you are missing the best Punch's power tool, with lots of resources.
If you are interested, --> My Power Tools e-book: Learning Punch Software (R): Power Tools-Second Edition and --> My all in one e-book: Learning Punch Software (R): Training, Tools & Tutorials - Second Edition
contain an entire chapter about the 3D Workshop Power Tool with several step by step tutorials.
Hope this helps

Patricia

Hi All,

Answering the question "“Is it possible to create glass doors for cabinets?” => Check the new tutorial "Cabinet Doors and Panels" in my Facebook page
https://www.facebook.com...tip-13/1742978462441053/

Also, I created the new Cabinets Collection, with 140 cabinets (basic and custom). They don’t need to be attached to a wall (the cabinets are installed in the User Library so you can drag and drop them directly in the plan or in 3D). They can be customized using different models, hardware, materials, colors, and features.
