Yes, there is a way.
As you noted, when you apply a texture on the doors of a cabinet developed with the Cabinet Tool (Floor tab), this texture is applied on the entire surface of the doors. Therefore, in order to create a specific cabinet with customized details, like glass panels, you must create the cabinet as a 3D object using the 3D Custom Workshop Power Tool or you can modify any object in the Furnishing library.
