Hi Michael,

Thank you for purchasing my eBook!:-)

If you see a plus arrow is because you are selecting the chopper and not the little man.
As you can see in the first image attached (little man), when you are in live view, you must click on the little man icon (outlined in red) => the floor plan will show a point and arrow (outlined in blue).
In the second image (chopper) you can see that selecting the chopper icon in live view (outlined in magenta) the floor plan will show a plus arrow (outlined in green)

As described in the eBook, point the arrow with the mouse and move this arrow to position the desired Walk-Through view (in this case, inside the house)--> also if you rotate the point of the arrow, the
If you click the little man icon in the live view screen => using your mouse => hold the left button => go forward / backward / left right. The mouse wheel will look up and down. The right button will change the elevation of the little man.
If you wish to visualize the second floor of your house, for example, and the floor elevation is 120" --> double click on the icon of the little man--> set the elevation at, for example, 160" (40 or 50"above of the floor elevation).
Hope this helps!

Thanks for the clarification. However, I do not get any arrow in the 2D drawing when I click on the little man so zoomed down to 10% as one of the other people had said and there the arrow was. Pulled it up into 2D drawing and it works fine. However, when I closed out the drawing and then started a new drawing, I had to do the same thing (i.e. zoom down to 10%, find the walking man arrow, pull it up into the 2D). Is there any reason why the walking man arrow does not appear in the 2D drawing without having to zoom to 10%? If you click on the chopper, the cross is there right away without having to zoom down? Is there perhaps a setting to change this that I am missing? Thanks.

Hi there,

Yes, the 10% note is at page 195 of my eBook
When you start a new file, and you select the little man (without moving) the arrow is on the edge of the workspace, as you can see in the image attached. The idea is a view of the front elevation of the project
So, you don't need to set the zoom to 10%, just use the wheel of the mouse to zoom out the view, or you can use 2D => Fit to window to visualize the entire workspace, as you can see in the image.
