Hi there, Sure, it is possible. I am not sure what type of problem are you experiencing with this? Also, please inform the program name and version number of your Punch program. We need both because different programs and versions have different features. I have the regular Home and Landscape design program. In my attempt to build a two-story open foyer, I made the downstairs room with the staircase going up to the second story. The second story had its room where the foyer would go up to, because if I didn't have a room there, there would simply be no house. I know there are the options to not show the floors or ceilings, but this did not remove them. My foyer still has the second story floor and first floor ceiling. So I guess my question is this: how do I create a first floor room, 25 feet high, with no floors in the middle, that goes all the way up to the second story ceiling? If you get my meaning.

Hi there, Step 1 - select the room in the first floor => properties bar => uncheck the "show ceiling" option. Step 2 - select the room in the second floor => properties bar => uncheck the "show floor" option. See attached. This is the method that I used to develop the same situation in this project: http://www.punchhelpers.com/residential7.htmlPatricia G. / Forum Moderator --> My website: www.punchhelpers.com--> My all in one e-book for V19 (Windows): Learning Punch Software (R): Training, Tools & Tutorials for V19 - Windows Version --> My all in one e-book for V19 (Mac): Learning Punch Software (R): Training, Tools & Tutorials for V19 - Mac Version --> My all in one e-book for V18: Learning Punch Software (R): Training, Tools & Tutorials for V18 --> My Home Design e-book: Designing your Dream Home Using Punch Software --> My all in one e-book for previous versions: Learning Punch Software (R): Training, Tools & Tutorials - 2nd Edition --> My e-book: Learning Punch Software (R): Basic & Advanced Training-Second Edition --> My e-book: Learning Punch Software (R): Importing, Exporting and Printing-Second Edition --> My e-book: Learning Punch Software (R): Power Tools-Second Edition --> My free e-book: Learning Punch Software (R): Mini - Tutorials --> My e-books free video presentation: Pat's e-books --> My Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/punchhelpers.links--> My Tips & Tricks notes: https://www.facebook.com/punchhelpers.links/notes |
