Hi there, You must set the different house's elevations, and also matching the walls' heights. Select each floor => edit current floor => adjust the floor properties (outlined in blue in the image attached) => adjust automatically the elevation (outlined in black in the image) Of course, the topo must follow the levels. Yes I did play around with that. Then the ceiling dropped low. I lowered that particular wall, adjusted the height and also elevation of the door. With the garage the basement ceiling went low. When I lowered the wall to my dining are and adjusted elevations, again the ceiling in the whole basement dropped along with it. Do I need to make a custom ceiling? Thanks for all your assistance by the way.

Hi there, You're welcome! :-) You can stack walls or create different levels to solve this issue. Keep in mind that, the auto ceiling elevation will be the height of the lowest wall. Therefore, remove the auto ceiling for that room and create a manual ceiling (using the floor tool). Okay. I never really thought of playing around with the stacking of walls and the height. Maybe I'll give it a try. Thanks again for the help. It's always a pleasure to post on here and get the advice. I know I don't post often and probably should come back more. I left the program for a while and then kind of got back in to designing again. Trying to get a hobby going here. Always wanted to be an architect.
