Hi there,

When you use the Cabinet tool (Floor Tab), you have two options to place the cabinets.
- If you place the cabinet by clicking on the floor of the room, Punch will set an island cabinet.
- If you place the cabinet by clicking or dragging on the wall of the room, Punch will set a wall cabinet using the selected model => go to the cabinets' menu => select the desired model => click inside the wall.

Tip: you can insert the cabinet first and select the model after.

Thanks for your help with this. Is it possible to edit a cabinet design using the Power Tool? I want to do more than just change the style of the doors and hardware. For instance, I want a cabinet with open shelves. I also want a bookcase that extends to 8'6". (When I change the height of the bookcase, it doesn't add more shelves, it just illustrates it as have an extended blank top. For a short bookcase, it keeps the same number of shelves, and reduces the opening sizes.)

Cabinets Galore!!! 😎

The new Cabinets Collection!

- A new collection with dozens of cabinets, islands, sets, pieces, etc. They don’t need to be attached to a wall and they can be customized using different models, hardware, materials, colors, and features.

- The cabinets can be edited or modified using the 3D Custom Workshop Power Tool or 3D Custom Workshop Pro Power Tool.
- The collection was developed from scratch by Patricia Gamburgo and can be imported into any Punch! Software®, IMSI TurboFloorPlan® or Avanquest Architect 3D® program (English or French Versions), Windows or Mac, for all the programs Version 18, Version 19, Version 20, and Version 21 as well as Version 2016, Version 2017, Version 2019, Version 2020, and Version 2021.
- The collection includes Installation Instructions in English and French with tutorials and screenshots to install and use the models (for both Mac and Windows programs).
- The cabinets are installed in the User Library so you can drag and drop them directly in the plan or in 3D.
