I just upgraded from v20 Design Pro to V21 Architectural.

I've been using various versions of Punch since 2004.

I purchased the new product and received my copy via download.

Installation went fine.

I now find very few objects and textures available within the product, and I'm used to having lots to choose from.

Do I have to buy all the object and materials libraries separately?

Regards,

Eric

Hi there,

Check if you received the libraries' file separately and proceed to install the file.

Otherwise, submit a ticket to Tech. Support

Hope this helps.

Thanks for your reply, Pat.

I did not receive any other files than this:

Punch!_Software_v21_1026

I have contacted tech support with your link.

Ed K at Punch support provided a data file and instructions for pasting it into the Punch! files.
I now have LOTS of drawing objects and textures.

Thanks Ed and Pat!
