Hi Michael,

There are several ways to do it:

1- Print the plan, scan it, and save it as *.jpg, *.bmp, etc.

2- Visualize your plan, make a screen shot: Print Screen-->Go to MS Paint-->Paste--> Trim the image--> Save as *.jpg, *.bmp, etc.

3- If you have Acrobat writer: Open the plan and ask for the option "Print to fit page"-->print to file-->select your printer as "Acrobat PDF writer". To trim or save as, you can do it in the Acrobat PDF reader). Then select the picture, copy and paste in your document
