Hi Terry

For Platinum 4.5.1., right click the window / door--> Properties--> set the dimensions, etc--> Click OK

For Platinum8: left click on the windows / door--> Properties bar (right side of the screen)--> set the dimensions, etc--> Press Enter in your keyboard

Hope this helps

I'm running Pro Platinum v10.5 and would like to know if there is any way to remove the interior window trim which is placed by default.

Hi scotd50,

Not sure what part of the window do you wish to eliminate. The interior trim is part of the window frame, and as such, you can't eliminate the interior.
However, if you mean the grills, you can use the Grill Style selector or use a Custom Window
