I have both the AS 19 and AS 20 I need to know the commands or protocol involved with "inserting notes and facts" involved with Small Scale Residential LID BMP Measures? I need to insert "foundation vent screens" and crawl space access and rain guttering I have not been able to locate these objects in the materials or furnishing?

Sorry, but I am confused Confused I wrote 4 options so I am not sure about what do you need.

If you wish, you can post a picture (use the paper clip icon)

As general concepts:
1 - To insert written notes => use the Leader Dimension Tool (left toolbar) and edit the note and settings as desired.
2 - To insert dimensions => use the dimension tools (left toolbar)
3 - 3D objects => you can create your own 3D objects using the 3D Workshop Power Tool or you can import objects as 3DS or SKP files.
4 - 2D symbols => you can create your own 2D symbols using the SymbolEditor Power Tool or you can import objects as DXF or DWG files.

Hope this helps.

I am trying to make a cover page with the required information about the drawings such as project contacts, project summary, Areas, Legal Information, Sheet index, this page usually have the Legend, Abbreviations, site and grading notes. My question was more of is there a template for this kind of page? I using AS 19 and AS 20.

Go to Templates => title blocks => you can fill these title blocks with notes, symbols, etc.

Hope this helps
